Connect your website and tools to Passpam

The Passpam API links your website, app or business software to your ticketing: your events, sales and entries flow automatically, with MonCash, NatCash and card payments already built in.

What you can do

Your events on your website

Automatically list your upcoming events on your website, blog or venue page. Visitors buy their ticket on Passpam in one click.

Your sales in your tools

Pull orders, tickets, attendees and sales reports into your spreadsheet, accounting or CRM — no retyping.

Real-time alerts

Get a signal on your server for every confirmed order, payment received, ticket scanned, refund or sold-out event (webhooks).

Entries and resellers

Connect your own readers or turnstiles to Passpam access control and track the stock allocated to your resellers.

Get started in 4 steps

  1. Create your account and your organization on Passpam (free).
  2. In Organizer › Integrations › API keys, create a test key with only the permissions you need.
  3. Your developer tests with the test key: it reads your real data but cannot change anything.
  4. When everything works, create the live key and, if needed, a webhook in Integrations › Webhooks.

Try it now, no key needed

The list of published events is open to everyone. Paste this code into any web page: your next six events appear, each linking to its ticket page.

<div id="passpam-events"></div>
<script>
fetch('https://passpam.com/api/v1/public/events?organization=VOTRE-SLUG&per_page=6')
  .then(r => r.json())
  .then(({ data }) => {
    const box = document.getElementById('passpam-events');
    data.forEach(ev => {
      const a = document.createElement('a');
      a.href = new URL(ev.url, 'https://passpam.com').href;
      a.target = '_blank';
      a.textContent = ev.title + ' · ' + new Date(ev.starts_at).toLocaleDateString();
      box.append(a, document.createElement('br'));
    });
  });
</script>

Replace VOTRE-SLUG with your organization’s identifier: it is the end of your organizer page address (passpam.com/o/…).

Secure by design

Precise permissions

Each key only carries the permissions you tick (read events, read orders…). It is shown once, can be restricted to certain IP addresses, rotated or revoked at any time.

Passpam rules still apply

Stock, prices, quotas and access control are always checked by Passpam: an integration cannot oversell a ticket or let in a ticket that was already scanned.

Payments already handled

No MonCash, NatCash or card contract to negotiate: your buyers pay on Passpam as usual. Alerts sent to your server are signed to prove they really come from Passpam.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a developer?

To show your events on your website, just copy the code above. To connect your sales to your software, work with your developer or web agency: the technical documentation gives them everything they need.

Who can create an API key?

The organization owner, or a team member they have given that right to. A key only accesses its own organization’s data.

Can I test safely?

Yes. A test key reads your real data but any attempt to change it is refused. Switch to a live key when you are ready.

Do my buyers pay on my website?

No: payment always happens on Passpam (MonCash, NatCash or card), then the ticket and its QR code are sent to the buyer. Your website presents the events and links to the purchase.

What if a key is compromised?

Revoke it in Integrations › API keys: it stops working immediately. You can also rotate it; the old key stays valid for 24 hours while you update your software.

How much does it cost?

The API costs nothing more than your usual use of Passpam. Free events: no fees. Paid tickets: a Passpam fee of 2.5% (+ 135 HTG / 1.49 USD per ticket) is added to the price the buyer pays; you receive your full price.
